Welcome to CityFiber. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our internet services. By subscribing to our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Service Provision
We agree to provide you with high-speed internet service at the location specified in your application. Service availability is subject to technical and feasibility checks. We aim to maintain a 99.9% service uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Subscriber Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the timely payment of your monthly subscription fees.
- You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or distribution of malicious software.
- The equipment provided (e.g., modem, router) remains the property of CityFiber unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for its care.
Billing and Payment
Bills will be generated monthly. Payment is due on the date specified in your bill. Failure to pay on time may result in temporary service disconnection. A reconnection fee may apply.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate your service for non-payment or for violation of these terms. You may request to terminate your service subject to the conditions of your subscription agreement, which may include a lock-in period.
Limitation of Liability
CityFiber will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including loss of data or business interruption.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
